Day two of the LBMA/LPPM Global Precious Metals Conference in Sorrento put Asia's bullion ambitions center stage. Hong Kong's Christopher Hui detailed a new central clearing and settlement system — in trial operation since July 2026 — while Singapore's Lim Cheng Khai outlined MAS-led sovereign vaulting and OTC clearing plans.
