JUYOU Finds takes product authenticity seriously. We source products through established mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and other trusted industry sources. Products may also be inspected or tested using appropriate precious-metal verification methods when applicable. Original mint packaging, assay cards, certificates, grading holders, and other third-party packaging remain subject to the terms and guarantees of their respective issuer, mint, manufacturer, or grading service.

Sales tax depends on the products purchased, the order amount, and the delivery destination. For qualifying California transactions, sales of monetized bullion, nonmonetized gold or silver bullion, and qualifying numismatic coins totaling $2,000 or more in a single transaction may be exempt from California sales and use tax when the applicable legal requirements are met.

Nonmonetized platinum and palladium products generally do not qualify under this specific California coins-and-bullion exemption. For orders shipped outside California, applicable taxes, if any, are determined by the delivery destination and applicable law. Any tax required to be collected will be calculated during checkout or otherwise communicated before completion of the transaction.

Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, regardless of quantity, unless a different shipping charge is shown during checkout. Expedited, special-handling, or other optional delivery services, when available, may carry an additional charge. Shipping charges help offset packaging, carrier, handling, and insurance costs.

Most in-stock products ship within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared, unless otherwise stated on the product page or order confirmation. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier, destination, service level, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders paid by check or certain other payment methods may be subject to an additional clearing or verification period before shipment.

JUYOU Finds uses reputable carriers selected based on the value, weight, destination, and security needs of the shipment. Orders are insured while in transit in accordance with our applicable shipping and insurance terms. Signature confirmation may be required depending on the value or nature of the order.

Customers should not waive a signature requirement, redirect a package, authorize unattended delivery, or request delivery to another person or location without first contacting JUYOU Finds, because changes to the original delivery instructions may affect insurance coverage. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and insurance provider.

For eligible in-stock, market-priced products, your price is locked when JUYOU Finds accepts and confirms your order. Payment must be received within the deadline stated during checkout or in your order confirmation. If payment is not received within the required time, JUYOU Finds may cancel the order and the Market Loss Policy may apply.

Pre-order, delayed, special-order, or out-of-stock products may have different pricing and payment terms, which will be disclosed when applicable. Once an order is confirmed and the price is locked, the customer may not cancel simply because the market price has changed.

When JUYOU Finds accepts and confirms an order for market-priced bullion or coins, the price is locked based on the market at the time the order is confirmed. Because precious-metal prices can move quickly, a confirmed order generally cannot be canceled simply because the market price changes.

If JUYOU Finds approves a cancellation or offset before shipment, the order may be offset using JUYOU Finds' then-current buy price for the applicable products. The customer is responsible for any Market Loss - the difference, if any, between the original confirmed purchase price and the applicable offsetting buy price - plus a $95 administrative cancellation fee. Any market gain resulting from a cancellation or offset remains the property of JUYOU Finds.

For transactions in which JUYOU Finds has agreed to purchase products from a customer, applicable cancellation, non-delivery, and Market Loss terms are governed by our Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale.

Bullion and other market-sensitive precious-metal sales are generally final once confirmed. A confirmed order cannot be canceled solely because the market moves after the price is locked. Any cancellation or offset that JUYOU Finds elects to approve may be subject to the Market Loss Policy and applicable administrative fees.

If an item arrives with a material issue, contact us promptly. JUYOU Finds may, at its discretion and subject to our Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale, authorize an exchange or other remedy after reviewing the item and the circumstances.

Available payment methods may include credit or debit card, bank wire, check, and cash for approved in-person transactions. Available methods may vary depending on the order value, transaction type, risk review, and delivery method. For larger transactions, bank wire may be recommended because funds typically clear more quickly than checks.

Checks and certain other payment methods may be subject to a holding period while funds clear and the transaction is verified. For fraud-prevention, security, or compliance purposes, JUYOU Finds may request additional identity, billing, bank, or payment verification for certain transactions. For security and compliance reasons, JUYOU Finds does not accept cash payments in excess of $10,000.

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders by confirmed appointment. Please wait until JUYOU Finds confirms that your order is ready before arriving. We may require government-issued identification and payment verification before releasing a high-value order. Our office operates by appointment only.
